1. General Information, Ownership, and Applicable Law

In compliance with Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), you are informed that this website is operated by Eduardo Aldana Velilla, with ID (DNI/NIF) 17762039J, acting as a self-employed worker (autónomo) in Spain. Although our products are sold and shipped internationally, all transactions, the provision of services, and the use of this website are strictly governed by the laws of Spain and the regulations of the European Union.

2. Privacy, Data Use, and Marketing Communications (Newsletter)

The processing of our customers' personal data worldwide is carried out in strict compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), under a regime of total privacy.

  • Confidentiality: The personal information provided will not be sent, transferred, or sold to third parties under any circumstances, nor will it be made public.

  • Statistics and Marketing: The data provided may be used for our internal sales statistics and in our marketing system.

  • Newsletter Subscription and Right to Opt-Out: Upon making a purchase on our website, the customer's email address may be added to our newsletter to receive emails with promotions, news, or information of interest. This inclusion is not mandatory. The customer has the right to object to receiving these communications at any time by opting out quickly and easily through the "unsubscribe" link included at the bottom of all our promotional emails.

3. Age of Majority and Nature of the Catalog

Access to and use of this website are reserved for users over 18 years of age or those who have reached the age of majority in the location from which they are accessing it, given that part of our catalog includes adult products (NSFW/Furry). By placing an order, the customer declares under their responsibility to be of legal age in their country of residence.

4. Deposit System (Installment Payment), Manufacturing Conditions, Preorders and Reservations

We offer the possibility of paying through a deposit system. The rules applicable to this modality are strict:

  • Acceptance of Terms: The payment of the initial deposit constitutes full and irrevocable acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use, including estimated manufacturing times, the artisanal nature of the work (3D printing with resin and filament, hand painting, and laser cutting), and applicable copyrights.

  • Non-Refundable Nature: Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances in the event that the customer decides to cancel the order. This payment is immediately allocated to cover material costs and production expenses.

  • Sole Exception: The only situation in which a refund of the deposit will be issued is in the exceptional case that, due to force majeure, we are unable to accept, process, or complete the manufacturing of your order.

  • Artisanal Variations: Due to the artisanal nature of our manufacturing processes (3D printing, laser cutting, and hand painting), products may present slight variations in color, texture, or final finishes compared to sample or promotional images. These slight differences are inherent to manual and individualized work and make each piece unique.

  • Acrylic Standees (Stock and Pre-Orders): While acrylic standees (both standard and spin types) are generally in-stock products ready for standard shipping, any item purchased as a pre-order (reservation) may take between 1 week and 3 months to be fulfilled. This timeframe accounts for potential delays resulting from high order volume, illness, or external factors beyond our control, such as material shortages or logistical disruptions.

  • Made-to-Order Items (3D Figures, LED Lamps & Engravings): We do not keep physical stock of 3D printed figures, nor of our LED acrylic standees and laser-engraved acrylics. These items are strictly made-to-demand and enter an artisanal production queue upon purchase. Manufacturing times for 3D figures can range from 10 days up to 1 year, depending on the current workload and the human conditions inherent to a purely artisanal process. This timeframe accounts for potential delays resulting from emergency situations, health complications, or external force majeure factors such as logistical disruptions, material supply cuts, war, or global economic destabilization.

5. Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal

Our return policy varies strictly depending on the nature of the purchased product:

  • Standard Acrylic Standees (14-Day Right of Withdrawal): For standard and spin acrylic standees (whether purchased from on-hand stock or through a restock pre-order), customers have the legal right of withdrawal applicable in the European Union. You may return the product without providing any justification within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the package.

    • Conditions: The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with the original protective films intact.

    • Associated Costs: The shipping costs for the return will be borne exclusively by the buyer. Under no circumstances will original shipping costs, paid taxes, or customs and import duties be refunded.

    • Process and Photographic Verification: To exercise this right and authorize the return shipment, the customer must notify us of their decision in writing to our email address before the 14-day period expires, obligatorily attaching clear and legible photographs of the product. These images must unequivocally demonstrate that the item shows no signs of use and retains its original protective films. The refund of the product's price will be issued once we physically receive the item and verify that its condition matches the photographs provided.

  • Made-to-Order Items (No Returns): All 3D printed figures, LED acrylic standees, and laser-engraved acrylics are manufactured strictly on-demand, and there is no physical stock of these products. Because they are produced exclusively upon request through an artisanal process, they are legally classified as "goods made to the consumer's specifications." Therefore, under the exception established in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to these items. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted once the order has been paid and production has begun.

6. Shipping, Transport Insurance, and Damage Claims

All our packages are shipped protected and include transport insurance. It is essential that the customer understands and accepts how this coverage works:

  • Insurance coverage: The contracted insurance covers solely and exclusively the value of the contents (the product); under no circumstances does it insure or refund the shipping cost, operational costs, taxes, or customs and handling fees.

  • Procedure in case of damages: If the order arrives damaged, the initial responsibility for making a claim falls on the recipient. The customer must go to their local post office or corresponding transport company branch to file a formal claim and provide all necessary evidence (photographs of the condition of the outer package, the inner packaging material, and the damage to the product).

  • Resolution: Once the customer has completed this procedure and provided us with the claim receipt along with the graphic evidence, we will present the formal claim to the insurance company. The validity of the claim, as well as possible compensation, will be dictated exclusively by the resolution issued by the insurance company. The claim must be submitted within a maximum of 72 hours from the receipt of the order.

7. Taxes, Customs, and Import Duties

The treatment of taxes and customs costs varies depending on the destination country of the order:

  • European Union: For shipments within European territory, the corresponding Value Added Tax (VAT) will be applied and charged at the time of purchase, as required by current regulations.

  • United States: For orders destined for the USA, we work under the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) regime, meaning applicable duties or fees are already included in the management and are paid by the customer; they will appear on the invoice as an additional field (customs, DDP...).

  • Rest of the world and Additional Charges: For shipments to any other country, customs costs, import duties, administrative fees, or local taxes required by the destination country must be paid entirely by the customer. It may be the case that your country's customs does not proceed to demand the amount to be received or the relevant taxes. Any extra charge that the customer must pay externally to our website to receive their package is the exclusive responsibility of the buyer and is completely outside our control and jurisdiction.

8. Intellectual Property

All visual content on the website, as well as the designs, are the property of this website and/or the collaborating artists. Reproduction or commercial use without authorization is prohibited. For custom commissions provided by the customer, the customer guarantees that they possess the exploitation rights over the characters (OCs) provided. We are not responsible for the fraudulent use of images or characters with fraudulent intellectual property.

9. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time, becoming effective from the moment of their publication on the website.
